On the way to normal's Journal, 22 Nov 14

Have had a great year keeping up physical activity. Have accumulated 800+ bicycling and almos as many, running. Going to celebrate my birthday next weekend by running a Half Marathon.

On the weight front, not doing so hot, hovering around 230. my target is 200.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
