體脂30.3 ⬆️ 雖然體重破了新低,但體脂還是一直沒辦法降到2開頭,R1-3天/R2-17天雖然4+2R沒有一個月,但體態有明顯改善一些,等聖誕節過後再來一次,今天我要來放縱了🥳
