早餐趕上班來不及吃。

午餐吃:
醉雞+涼拌豬肝+燙高麗菜+白蘿蔔柳葉菇一口晶餃(薑母鴨的料過熱水)。

晚餐吃:
白飯1/3碗+蕃茄炒蛋+炒高麗菜+蒸鱈魚+青椒炒肉絲。

宵夜吃:
科學麵+雪餅2包。
61.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.6 kg a Week
