早餐吃:
水煮青花菜+豆腐+白蘿蔔(薑母鴨裡的料過水)。

午餐吃:
水煮青花菜+豆腐+白蘿蔔.米血.玉米(薑母鴨裡的料過水)+水煮蛋。

晚餐吃:
薑母鴨+醉雞+涼拌豬肝+甜甜圈。

宵夜吃:
科學麵+少許餅乾。
62.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.6 kg a Week
