Had another great month at boot camp, I am really addicted to my weekly classes with Brand and the crew at www.getyouinshape.com. Dropped anoter 3 pounds since last weigh in and I am getting closer to my goal!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
