This is going way too slow for me. What happened to losing 1 pound a day? I'm hungry most of the time and tired as hell, not to mention bloated most of the time from all the vegetables. I hope I can make it to the 21 days.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Krisk6's. Hope you don't mind me saying, but if you are logging everything you eat, your calorie count is dangerously low. You are averaging under 500 calories a day, I am not surprised you are tired all the time. Healthy weight loss is about 2 pounds a week, this will be good for health, reduce the danger of "excess" skin caused by quick weight loss and be sustainable long term. Dieting is about finding a healthy regime of diet and exercise that you can adopt for good - otherwise you will just put all the weight back on and be in a yoyo diet situation. Lots of people recommend that you do not go below 1200 calories (I vary between 1,000 - 1,250) and include exercise - which will burn off calories and aid weight loss and help tone your body. Please think about adapting your diet to healthier lifestyle, as I fear you may make yourself Ill. Hugs health

Krisk6- With the HCG you need to ensure that you are getting your 500 calories a day ( no less). Also are you taking your multi vitamin? Some others I have run across had the same problems you are having but they were not taking their multi vitamins, once they started they felt much better. As for the hunger, it usually subsides once your body adjusts to the HCG, for the mean time try more filling foods with little calories. Lettuce is a great way to make a full meal out of the limited calories you are allowed. Try it with balsamic vinegar or lime/ lemon juice with lots of seasonings. Also drink lots and lots of water, realistically you will be excreting fat cells when you pee. Hope this helps! I cant wait until I can get back on the HCG for one more round.
