I'm up again for the second day. Storms ran me out of pool yesterday. Looks like the weather will let me swim today.Not sure yet. I have stepped up to Phase 2. OWL
I made sure to get all veggies in. Was told it is normal to see a rise for a few days. I have notice my body is changing. I think I am gaining muscle mass!! Swimming hard every chance I get, so the gain really does not upset me. At 60 years old I need all the muscle I need!
