最近沒有168也吃飯麵,水喝太少,之前控制儘量不吃飯麵,很容易變成非常想吃突然爆食,這次慢慢來最近腸胃很脹氣不消化,睡眠作息都很亂,這次慢慢來儘量多紀錄,這樣才能有依據可以回頭檢視,體重控制是要長久維持,不要急讓身體健康才是重點,面對自己體重增加了,要改成正確的,這樣才能正確記錄😄😄

我最近也是這樣,體重卡關後加上生日月,最近常常暴食😅

粉紅小兔握手🤝,找點自己喜歡的事做做,如果累了就多休息,今天我就玩麵團發洩,看自己做好就很有成就感,雖然成品跟食譜樣子完全不一樣😄😄
