Day 3 was also good foodwise. I was very very tired though, but now I can totally blame TOM. lol!

Had some eggs for lunch! It had been some time since I last had eaten eggs. They were yummy! But for dinner, I was feeling so tired that I just ate some cheese and turkey breast. I know I was probably a bit low on the 12g of carbs coming from veggies, but I'll do better tomorrow!

The weight is still coming off! I'm really glad for that, even though most of it must be water.
I read the OWL and Pre-Maintenance chapters of the Atkins book and I gotta say that I am not that scared anymore of not eating carbs. Sometimes I keep thinking: "what about those french fries???" But I guess, once I know my carb limits I can even taste a couple without problems.

Onwards with day 4!!! :D
