This second time around i have gained knowledge and completely know that my body all tooo quickly adapts, for example to joging. so i have changed my workout drasticly to somthing difirent every day. So i would say that it is paying off big time.i am very happy and almost cant believe i have made it through the hardest part which was my extended phase1 of the fatsmash diet.Also just getting moving, but its happening.
