Dün crossfit tarzı spora başladım. Bundan sonra öğünlere daha dikkatli olup hesaplıcam inşallah 2 ayda 4-5 kg hedefim😉
59.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
