Considering being on holidays and Wedding this past week, I'm pleased I haven't really gained or lost weight. Started 16:8 fasting today and 1200cals. I went to water aerobics to help loosen up some stiff joints this morning. So feeling positive to restart my health journey. 🙂
65 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
