well well...guess i didn't hurt myself too badly this last week. that walking we were doing must have been my saving grace :) oh well, i feel back on track as of today, i'm super pleased that even after eating all that rich food, sweets and drinks that i am not craving it. its nice to be able to treat myself when i want and not have it harm the hard work i've been doing :)
