I been not doing this for a couples of days because I miss up big the last couple of weeks. I am back on track now and working out 6 days a week.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
