Go easy. Anniversary tends to be a meal out for us. I keep it high protein and fat and ignore the rest. Of course, 'the rest' is what I really want. :(

Muscian,Thanks for your support as well :) I *did* try to go easy with my meals. Keeper & I split most of our meals.....could be why it SLIGHTLY rose .8 at weigh in rather than gaining back ALL the weight I lost before the weekend :)
