Not much since my last weigh in but I did weigh in mid week. I had hoped to lose 10kg in 7 weeks, but I am losing at a rate of 1kg a week which I am grateful for. Head into hospital tomorrow - who knows what food will be on offer so hubby is on standby to bring some healthy snacks. The knee replacement was just the first milestone in my journey, so I will be on this app for at least another six months to continue to lose weight and maybe in a couple of months I will be able to enjoy walking again! So 3kg more to my first milestone. Feeling very nervous 😬
