Still alive - logging everything everyday - making better and healthier food choices with minimal exercises. Five pounds to go - as usual !!! I like maintenance eating - bouncing back and forth within a two pound range and I feel good - I am active and healthy. Still aiming for that final 5 pound loss ... slow and steady. Hope everyone else is fine - the on-site food looks delicious as usual.
