I'm really seeing progress. I'm finding that for me varying what I eat and not sticking to one unflexible plan is working best for me. This week I'm down another 1.4lbs an over all total of 15.4lbs since I started.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
