I think that I am just skipping phase one all together. I am doing more phase two. Had plain oatmeal for breakfast (I hate eggs ever since I got pregnant, and still after having my baby, I cant stand them.) So, I am still losing but slower than I would be if I was following it exactly. I have cut out all sugar and refined white "anythings" (bread, pastas, rice). I am still nursing and I am a little scared to do phase one. I am happy!
