I got on the scale this morning and it actually read 197 ... YOOOHOOO! I have not been under 200 for so long I thought it may never happen. Since following the diet I have had more energy and have been able to go longer on my cardio. I think that has helped. My wife is loving it and so am I:)
89.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Still at 197. I think I took too much advantage of my free meal this weekend, hence no weight loss. Thankfully no weight gain either.
