Continues to the 18 hours of fasting. The hardest part is that I work from home, in our kitchen. When food is just 2 feet away, it's not as easy to fast. sigh...
63.5 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
