Had a birthday at Golden Corral last night so super excited my weight maintained. I didn't even log it bc I didn't know how to be accurate. I had roast. Veggies. Fried okra and rolls.few bites of sweets but not bad. As you can see I splurged some on fries okra and rolls but was good rest if day so I could. Looks like it worked. Very happy this am
