In an ideal world, the work that I put in would never forget me and keep me in my favorite shape which happens to be fit. Nonetheless, life and its heights has a way of leading you towards the depths. Who knows, for contrast? For hope? For other things, but I'm here to peer forward, again. I'll encourage myself to drink 100 oz of water, eat low carbs and to stay away from contrary food while working out a minimum of 4 days a week. This is something like a beginning, but more realistically it is a continuation of willfully putting my hand towards a better tomorrow.
