I should probably mention I had a baby 2.5 weeks ago and I'm breastfeeding. I was actually 205 at delivery, but some of that came off immediately! I was 147 before I got pregnant, but would love to lose a little extra :)

I'll be sticking to a mostly paleo diet - no sugar or processed grains/foods. The main exception I make is dairy in limited quantities.

Here we go!
84.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
