昨天練上肢+輕有氧40分。
一個多月過去了。飲食記錄和運動強度我覺得對得起自己, 但是睡眠障礙太引響減脂,也確實體態上也沒什麼改變。
卡在23%也不是不好,但我決定鏡子裏的我若沒特別的改變,我將不再上秤了。
一切⋯佛系⋯🙏
65.9 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
