I am on a new journey for my health this time no doubt. Working with the doctor and myself to get healthier. Blood tests came up as borderline diabetic, and I scared myself with that. Food is not going to be my ruler. I am going to be my ruler. I will be working out on my NuStep at least 5 times a week. The madness has to end before I truly kill myself with disease.
161.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 48.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
