I'm sure it's a lot less that this for body fat %, but lots of water weight to be expected when drinking at least a gallon of water a day plus lots of sodium (hot sauce and mustard).
104.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
