Been eating WAY too much sugar: candy on vacation, tons of fruit and choc/hazelnut spread (omg, drool!) yesterday...

Gonna go fruit free for a while.

52.5 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
