I wasn't going to log a weight today because clearly I have hit another plateau. 🙄 I had my doctor's visit today and my labs were perfect for a change. They are taking me off of 2 of my 3 blood pressure pills and I am so happy for that. Less meds, less side effects. Hopefully I can get off of all of my blood pressure meds one day. I hope all of you have a wonderful day filled with joy and success.
