昨天沒運動,一整個白天聽著電視睡睡醒醒, 自從前幾天的草仔粿、石二鍋開始連續幾天吃的口味都比較重,臀腿都腫了0.5吋,體重飆升的速度讓我很無言。
力量變小了容易感覺疲勞,意志力薄弱🥱⋯
67.7 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
