昨天練肩+手+有氧20+40, 只吃一餐石二鍋竟然讓我回家烙賽,然後早上還增重了😵
66.2 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

應該是這陣子吃太乾淨了, 昨天的鍋對我可能太油,也吃太多辣醬,所以對腸胃太刺激了。 謝謝你,今天的我很好😄👍
