well, friends. I made it back, feeling so sore from all the activity and gained a pound. I'll take the pound tho. I ate pretty well over the weekend but I have in yesterday and ate white castle with the kids. I knew better but the closest one to us is 3 hours away so they wanted to go and I was so hungry. I did only have 2. so I tried. and I make pancakes in the room the night before. only had 2 small ones. We spent all day Saturday at City Museum. this is an amazing place. 10 stories of climbing, sliding, manipulating your body around obsitcals to get where you want to go. ball pits, trails. it is a huge work out if you get in there and play with the kids. non stop moving. go online and look at it. if you ever go to st Louis. plan a full day there. only 12.00 a person and so totally worth it. the next day was spent swimming. going to the Zoo and ended with an hour and a half on paddle boats. can I say my but hurts. lol
