It is! I do between 700 and 900 Sunday to Thursday and go above 1000 on Fridays and Saturdays. Works 2 weeks out of the four. With our hormone cycles it’s tough the other two.

Be carefull with 800cal diet, I did that and my molers started braking… I presume it was due to malnutrition….
