I’m in the same boat. Plateau is at about 192-189 range. To maintain at that weight, I have to watch what I eat and get 4-5 hours of exercise a week.
I can hold it there, but have to just about starve to get down to 187-185, and if I go off the rails for a day or 2, back to 190 I go.
Gonna keep on trying new things until I find something sustainable.
Next idea is seeing if I can add 2 more hours of exercise a week. I will share if I find any secret sauce.

Thank you Aaronloseweight. Starvation is not an option. Yed if you could keep me posted. Ive added in somemore cardio. My stationary bike and squat machine
