It's been hard to get to the 140's mark, but so happy to get out of the 150's, just beginning but know I can make it to the 130's mark which is my goal. I lost my mother this week to cancer, feeling very sad, but refuse to let food be my comfort, pray for me, burying my mom was the worst thing I have every had to do in my life.
