I have had to stop cardio (treadmill) because of a torn peroneal tendon in ankle. Injured end of May, but finally diagnosed beginning of July. Gained 5 pounds. Need to change my mindset.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Remember you lose weight in the kitchen and get fit at the gym. You don't need exercise to lose weight. Make a plan and stick with it. You can always do some upper body workouts or maybe swimming would be okay. Good luck!
