I know some say don't weigh every day; it'll drive you nuts. It has me this past few days. LOL But this morning, I'm finally back down to 165. Whoo hoo! Now if it'll just continue DOWNWARD, that'd be so nice. :)

Weight fluctuates, and that's typical. I know. So long as it drops at a healthy pace, I'm cool with it.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
