Yesterday, IF, 95 protein, 167 fat, 56 carbs, chicken sandwich on keto bread, coconut oil,, Hilo chips, sesame chips, fairlife and HWC, 2 fat bombs, nuts
69.4 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
