어제 5월2일은 ☔️ 비와서 13000보에 계단에 집중~200계단 넘게 걸었어요 1800칼로리 넘게 먹었구요/오늘은25203걸음에 계단은200계단 올랐구요.1900칼로리...많이도 먹었네요 ㅎㅎ
