Wide leg Squat 10x Standing leg curl 10x (each side) knee extension 10x (each side) Side hip raise 10x (each side) Biceps curl 10x (each side) <--- this one works using spaghetti package weights Overhead press 10x (each side) @ spaghetti weights Bent forward fly 10x @ spaghetti weights Toe stand 10x That is true - it is difficult to get back into after a few days off. Years off - causes maximum muscle transformation !!!

Maybe it had something to do with that Peanut butter Cliff bar at 2:30 AM (290 kcals)
or the 28grams of Lays potato chips - but that two days ago? However, inflammation makes sense because - I did look and my left ankle is a bit swollen.

Today - I am being really really good - I am staying out of the kitchen and I am not hungry and I ate healthier food trying to met my macros (yawn) and I have not consumed anything since breakfast or before lunch time - AND I am determined to keep my little feet in the two grooves ---- I have given up trying to stay out of the grooves and I am now "Mainstream" and keeping my feet on the path and staying in the grooves....it is just better that way. Any time that I attempt to transcend out of that state of being - everything goes amuck.
