@Joannatingwen 一起加油!❤其實我也在51kg卡快1個月了!平時也沒在運動(除學校體育課),好像就是每天不要吃超出一天的卡路里,然後不要給自己太大減重壓力,自然而然就能向目標再邁出一步!💪💪💪💪💪
