Yesterday, IF, leg workout, 125 protein, 160 fat, 45 carbs, chicken sandwich on keto bread, coconut oil, Hilo chips, fairlife and HWC, sub in a tub, fat bomb
69.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
