Today is one month since I began to achieve my goals. I has lost 4kg, may be it isn't a lot but I'm so happy ☺️💪💃 Thank you everyone🤗
54.6 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
