Yesterday, IF, leg workout, 121 protein, 163 fat, 23 carbs, chicken salad, two fat bombs, sub in a tub, fairlife and HWC,
71.0 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7.6 kg a Week
