有的,水每天2400cc以上。蔬菜也是每天9種以上!但我油脂真的很少,不知道是不是因為這個原因😫

雖然在減肥,肉富含蛋白質,還是要吃的,光吃菜不行

我有吃肉啊!我的蛋白質每天75g以上喔!

蛋白質要看你體重去吃,我比較胖,所以一天要100g左右
