I’ve reduced my calorie intake to 200 lower than the suggested 1200, because I’m in a wheelchair and not as active as those who are able-bodied, and I’m back to losing weight again!
53.1 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
