。。。。。。。。。。。。
減肥就是要認真記錄每一天,3月開始不鬆懈!3個月時間勢必減到55kg~52kg。

不然褲子快不能穿了,太恐怖了!

早餐:
肉三明治+芭樂半顆

午餐:
炒豆輪+炒油菜+滷白蘿蔔紅蘿蔔瘦肉+涼拌海帶黃豆芽+貢丸冬瓜湯

點心:
芭樂半顆

晚餐:
芭樂1顆

宵夜:
炸雞翅5隻
60.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
