With all the excersise I'm doing lately I'm hoping I'm putting on muscle hence rhe weight increase. Still a long way to go. This time is different for me as my wife is also doing well and lost a stone so giving me incentive to stick at it.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've also had a small gain and I didn't believe my bf when he said it could be muscle gain - then I googled it and he has a valid point. I've definitely lost a few inches off the bum and belly
