Cheated a little yesterday. I seem to allow myself one "cheat day" per month, and that's okay. I'm still losing! And I'm right back on track today. All's well that ends well. :)
75.3 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
