Hey everyone I'm attempting to get back on track today...am going ahead and allowing myself atkins bars but getting totally off sugar and refined carbs...down to 5mg of prednisone a day and just started TOM so here goes...pray for me please I'm still in alot of pain...just had a steroid injection on Thurs and it doesn't feel like it worked
120.7 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm so sorry you're still in so much pain. Everything seems harder when pain overshadows it. I really hope and pray there's some significant pain relief coming your way. The good news is that you're making some strides bending that weight loss curve back down. Congratulations on the loss!
